Making emulsions with a homogenizer for food research

At Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, a Bio-Gen PRO200 homogenizer was used in food hydrocolloid research to produce emulsions stabilized by lactoferrin-based nano-particles (np) #whatimhomogenizing #foodscience
